Welcome to Ugodspower.com. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using this website and buying products from my shop. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The articles, videos, ebooks, and courses on this website share my personal experience and are for educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

I can’t guarantee that you will earn money or get specific results. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, country, and many other factors. Please read my Disclaimer for more details.

4. Products in my shop

My shop sells digital products: ebooks and online courses. Each product page describes what’s included, the format, who it’s for, and what you need to use it.

Please read the product description carefully before buying. If you have any questions, email me first at support@ugodspower.com. I reply within 24 hours.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in [EUR / USD] on each product page.
  • Payment is made securely through [PayPal / Stripe / card payment]. I never see or store your full card details.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.
  • I may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

6. Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, either as a download link or as access to your course. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If you don’t receive your product within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email me with your order number. I’ll fix it within 24 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

Normally, customers in the EU and UK have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because my products are digital and delivered immediately, at checkout you will be asked to:

  • Agree that your product is delivered immediately, and
  • Confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

You can’t complete your order without accepting this.

8. Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Please read my Refund Policy to understand what this means and how I help if you have any problem with your order.

If a product is faulty or not as described and I can’t fix the problem, you keep all your rights under consumer law.

9. How you can use my products

When you buy an ebook or course, you get a personal license. This means:

  • ✅ You can use it yourself, on your own devices
  • ❌ You can’t share, resell, copy, upload, or give it away to others
  • ❌ You can’t claim it as your own work

If a product is shared or resold without permission, I may cancel your access without a refund.

10. Your account

If you create an account on this website, keep your password safe and don’t share your login. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell me right away if you think someone else is using it.

11. Comments

You’re welcome to leave comments. By posting a comment, you confirm it’s your own, respectful, and legal. I may remove comments that are spam, offensive, misleading, or that include unwanted links. Your comment stays your own, but you allow me to display it on this website.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Orders are covered by the terms in place at the time you placed them.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. If you’re a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protections given to you by the consumer laws of your own country.
